About
I started my career with the County of San Diego Department of Agriculture as a trapper in Pest Detection before becoming an Inspector with the Ag Standards Division. As soon as I became an inspector, I joined CASAP. I was looking to pass my licensing exams and connect with other inspectors. My first CASAP meeting was in Buellton outside of Solvang, where I networked with many other inspectors and had the best time singing karaoke with my San Diego team. If you’ve been to CASAP you may have run into me, I like to talk about my programs, argue regulation interpretations, and discuss the future of agriculture.
I am running to be on the CASAP board for 2023/24 as Vice President South. My energy and passion will ensure that CASAP has a great mock oral and conference in 2024. Feel free to reach out to me personally on LinkedIn if you have ideas that would make CASAP work better for you.
