About the event
This session will provide an opportunity to learn progressive discipline with practical guidance on understanding the progressive discipline process, including employee rights and supervisory responsibilities. Participants will explore how to approach performance and conduct concerns fairly, consistently, and in accordance with workplace policies and procedures. The training is designed to strengthen supervisory confidence and support effective, respectful workplace practices.
